TLDR; the sewn in velcro is failing after a year of very light use.
I've had this bag for a little over a year and the velcro is already falling. This wouldn't be an issue if Swift utilized the webbing ladder attachment system for all of the top tube attachment points, as this would allow you to replace the velcro once it starts to loose its grip. However, the middle attachment point is sewn into the bag, which means your only option to replace it is to haphazardly sew additional velcro onto it or take the entire bag apart and replace the velcro / add another webbing ladder in the center. I would give the bag 5-stars if the velcro was higher quality or was easily replaceable. The velcro is so bad that small bumps / potholes cause it to come undone, even when carrying a very light load.
